Creatine, Snow, and a shoe named after twin daughters? I did not expect this to be the glow-up guide I needed, but here we are.

Loving how you blend science-backed insights with just enough sass to keep it digestible. That Nature study gave me the nudge I needed—now officially moving creatine from the "sits in my cabinet looking hopeful" phase to "twice daily, boss-mode" territory.

Also, Flamingo Estate’s book sounds like the visual Xanax we all need right now. Adding it to cart before democracy collapses. Thanks, as always, for making health, aesthetics, and future-proofing feel… fun.

Loving your take on the creatine hype! And was just looking for a trainer - two for one deal :)

Thanks Kit! There was a lot of controversy because teen boys were overdosing on it but from what I found in my research starting with 3-5 mg seems safe. One thing to note from a smart reader is that Creatine often has traces of lead. Creapure, which Momentous is sourced from is supposed to be the safest but we’re looking for total lead-free sources. 💛

It’s such a gorgeous book to cuddle up with. Another fantastic coffee table book is GIANTS: Art from the Dean Collection of Swiss Beats and Alicia Keys. This chic couple are the savviest collectors and champions of fine artists that we should all know about. Would love to know what you think of both these books. Happy Friday Cheryl 💛
